You will receive a report prepared from information gathered during the home inspection. Digital image photography along with a description of the location and severity of the finding discovered. Real vision will meet with you and your representing Realtor to review all findings. You will receive reports for all parties requested. You will have all of your questions answered during the review session. Your reports can be E-mailed by request. Some of the items discovered may be repaired by seller saving thousands of dollars in undetected or undisclosed defects. Health and safety issues are everyone's concerns and are my top priority. We have completed many different types of inspections. The property is inspected for proper drainage. Structural, electrical, heating/air conditioning system, plumbing and roofing. We will notify the client of any item that is noted. We provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand every item by the time we are finished.
